We bet no one has missed out on the news that one of fashion's biggest nights of the year, The Met Gala took place at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City last Monday. Extravagant dresses and innovative looks covered the red carpet as celebrities arrived. It is a great opportunity to spread messages and awareness and we are longing for the days when circularity will be mainstreamed. Meanwhile we are observing from a distance but also want to acknowledge the power women inspire people to wear whatever they like and do their own thing.

A recurring Met Gala star, that exactly does that, is the iconic Rihanna and just like always, she arrives a bit later than her co-stars, in jaw-dropping attires. While back in 2022 being heavily pregnant, our Bad Gal RiRi may have been absent from the red carpet but she made an even longer-lasting impression at the famous museum… as a statue.
