This weekend A Sustainable Closet had the honour to visit Sweden’s first 100% sustainable fashion show. Why do we call it 100% sustainable? Because all the clothes and materials used were second hand. The show “Redemptive Confusion” was styled by amazing sustainability stylist Alexandra Lundberg with clothes from local second hand shops in Östersund, such as Röda Korset and Brukat. Alexandra didn’t only created amazing outfits, she also recruited the most inspiring models. A high diversity of body types and looks, which we love!

The show was hosted by the team behind Sustainable Fashion Week and this was the second event taking place (we’re looking forward to be back 2021). Before opening the show, people have to queue and due to current pandemic only a few spots were available. But even in the queue Jämtland showed it’s best side with several stylish sustainability influencers such as Johanna Thofelt and Siri Farah.

We’re 100% inspired and looking forward to future events like this!
