GambH has been mentioned and cherished the last few years for being a hip sustainable brand in a fashion scene that is everything but sustainable. However, when searching for information on GambHs own website regarding details on how they’re working, everything from production to ethical guidelines, I can’t find anything. I believe consumers should easily know how clothes are made and brands should be transparent.

However, according to the founders, Serhat Isik and Benjamin Alexander Huseby, says in several interviews that they started the brand after visiting high-end fashion factories in Milan and witnessing how much deadstock that was there. They couldn’t afford the collections but they could start their own brand inspired by the nightlife in Berlin. Using deadstock and to some extent a better diversity on models looks promising from a sustainability perspective!
