Copenhagen Fashion Week - What to keep your eyes on

Probably one of the best Fashion Weeks in the world is around the corner (31st of Jan - 3rd of February). Copenhagen Fashion Week also called CPHFW.

The Danes are known for their great design, both when it comes to fashion and interior, yet their “courage” to not leave out colour from the fashion scene. They are, according to us, THE country that gives Scandi fashion its vivid colours. Perhaps one of the biggest news for this year’s CPHFW must be the new regulations where all participating brands must meet 18 minimum sustainability standards to showcase and be part of the event. An initiative that we all have been waiting for, you go CPHFW! And we just can’t wait for the rest of the world’s fashion Weeks will follow.

Here is A Sustainable Closet’s selection of ten brands we are a little extra curious about this year. We hope to see bolder sustainability initiatives among them and we can’t wait for the Scandinavian brands to truly walk the road. Keep an eye on these brands and dear to demand sustainability action.
