The Swedish vegan sneaker being sustainable too

Unknown.jpeg

I was so excited when I discovered Humans are Vain, a Swedish shoe-company with production in Sweden and in Portugal. Everything is vegan-certified and they are approved by Peta. They are taking environmental responsibility too by choosing materials such as recycled ocean-plastic trash and pineapple leaf fibres.

A Sustainable Closet would love to have the team behind these shoes on the interview-series!

Check out their shoes for 1000-2000 SEK!

These shoes are made out of pineapple leaf fibre, recycled cotton, recycled rubber, up cycled plastic ocean and they can be handed in again for recycling of it’s components.
