Hanna’s Christmas Wishlist
It’s beginning to smell a lot like Christmas, and I absolutely love that smell. What I do not love is the crazy zombie-like mode we turn into the weeks before while running in and out of stores. Spend, shop, buy, treat and spend a bit more. Even prior to sustainable fashion becoming a strong part of me, I felt annoyed by the obsession surrounding the hectic shopping rituals for Christmas. It kind of killed the cozy and calm vibe. Now - it’s natural for me to look second hand first hand when wanting to give someone special a gift. This is my wishlist for Christmas 2021, beautiful and unique pieces that I hope can inspire someone else too! I also hope my boyfriend is reading this.
Swedish Stockings - Hanna Premium Seamless Tights
First of all, these tights and I got the same name, which I absolutely consider as a sign. Secondly, I’ve just recently been realizing how much I enjoy dresses matched with black tights/pantyhose. This brand is basically breathing “sustainability” and the tights are created from both pre and post-consumer nylon waste.
The Wilde Shop - Fendi gold charm necklace
I love this Danish vintage planet and this cute necklace takes my breath away. If Santa’s behaving well this year (why is it always us having to behave, we should have expectations on him/her as well?!) he’ll definitely give me this vintage cutie. It’d be “THE NECKLACE” that I’d never take off.
The Beast Lover - Mamoluta Purses
These purses are so hot, really, super hot. I love this kit, and I’d use them for makeup, jewellery and maybe for my sewing accessories? The brand is guided by vegan ethical premises, and sustainability + deliciousness = A mix I appreciate!
Poppy Willow Studio - Julia Dress
Check pattern, puff sleeves, smocking and the length. This dress is a dream. It’s handmade in their studio in Copenhagen and I’ve already put together an outfit in my head with this dress, so Santa better.
Steamery - Cirrus No.2 Pink
Been wanting a good steamer for a long time, because I know that’ll do less harm to my garments compared to ironing them. It’s all about making your clothes last for as long as possible, and that mission will be more successful with this pink steamer, for sure.
